Orders are shipped world wide.

How much do you charge for shipping?
The shipping cost is $12.50 per order, the average shipping time is 5 to 7 days but may vary depending upon your location. If your order has not arrived within 7 days please contact us for assistance.

How can I find out if my order has shipped?

Problems

What if I have a shipping problem with my order?
If you have any problems with your order (for example, if you are missing something, or you received the wrong product or custom / border issues) please contact us with your name, order number and a description of the problem. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

What if a product I ordered is out of stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will order it from our supplier. If the item is not available from the supplier we will contact you and let you know asap. If we cannot get the item in a timely manner, you have the option to wait, or to cancel your order. We do not charge any Credit Card until the item ordered is available to ship

Return Policy
The FDA states that prescription medication may not be returned once it is sent from the pharmacy. If you have any questions about the medicine you have received please contact the pharmacy that filled the prescription, the physician who wrote the prescription or our customer service department and we will forward your questions and/or concerns to the appropriate party.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped. If you cancel your order before shipment your payment will be refunded.
